While she uses recycled boxes for mailing you can rest assured when you open your item it will be exquisite inside, not to mention that if you purchase Farm Shop gifts they will all include lavender from Jeni's farm!! Your satisfaction is our priority.

As most items are one of a kind, all sales are final. Once an item has been personalized it is no longer able to be returned.
